Mike Montagna is Chief Activation Officer at Code3. He’s a digital experience obsessed commerce and marketing leader who is passionate about making people’s lives better through frictionless, satisfying,

and entertaining shopping experiences. Mike came to Code3 in April 2024 from Starcom US where he founded and managed their commerce practice. Over the last six years, Mike built an award-winning team helping clients such as Kellogg’s, Best Buy, Lowe’s, Aldi, KraftHeinz, Samsung, and many others navigate and accelerate their commerce, retail media and shoppable initiatives.

Throughout his career Mike has dedicated himself to advancing the connection between product and consumer through mastery of the commerce ecosystem with over a decade experience growing and leading large, diverse teams across retail, brand, agency, and tech.
