For the past 10 years I’ve been dedicated to eCommerce operations. In the last years my goal has been to democratize eCommerce knowledge. My passion is to teach and to execute within the eCommerce departments of known brands and wholesalers on how to sell their products successfully throughout marketplaces (e.g Amazon, Walmart, MercadoLibre, Linio, and Elektra). Likewise I specialized in negotiating the best commercial agreements within the different Strategic Account Managers at each marketplace, accomplishing at least a 200% sales increase per year and a constant ROI growth. I also have ample experience building and launching official eCommerce sites from scratch; and managing their whole daily operations and processes, from the moment an order is placed to the moment the client receives the product. I’m also an expert in eCommerce Logistics. My primary goal in eCommerce is the assurance of providing the best online customer experience and after-sales service.
