sellerbarcamp Hamburg is a one-day peer-driven e-commerce event that lets active online sellers set the agenda themselves. Part of the comrce Group's 2026 sellerbarcamp series, it ditches the conventional conference format entirely - no pre-booked speakers, no fixed programme, and no corporate presentations.

The day kicks off with an open session-planning round where every attendee can pitch a topic they want to explore or a challenge they want to tackle. The group votes, the schedule gets built on the spot, and from mid-morning onwards, sessions run across multiple parallel tracks - flowing freely between talks, roundtables, and workshops, all led by the people in the room. Whether the conversation turns to Amazon PPC, international expansion, pricing strategy, AI tools, or something entirely off the beaten track, the direction always comes from the participants themselves.
